Check every item on this list before accepting your QC photos.
Stitching
Pass: Tight, even stitches with no loose threads or puckering.
Fail: Uneven rows, visible thread pulls, gaps in seams.
Colorway
Pass: Accurate color match to retail reference photos.
Fail: Faded, inconsistent or wrong colorway compared to reference.
Hardware
Pass: Metal parts are smooth, uniformly plated, no bubbling.
Fail: Flaking, rough patches, misaligned hardware placement.
Sole
Pass: Correct tread pattern, midsole shape matches retail exactly.
Fail: Wrong pattern, uneven midsole, glue visible at edges.
Tags & Labels
Pass: Correct font, placement and spacing on all tags.
Fail: Wrong font, incorrect size label, typos on tag text.
Box & Packaging
Pass: Matching lid, correct label font and colorway code.
Fail: Wrong box size, incorrect SKU, label placement off.
